Services provided by public archives are subject to fees in accordance with the Schedule of Charges for Costs Associated with the Provision of Services by Public Archives, which is annexed to Decree No. 645/2004 Coll., as amended. This generally applicable legislation is further specified by Service Directive No. 12/2026 of the Director of the National Archives, which lays down the Price List of Charges for Costs Associated with the Provision of Services by the National Archives (Ref. No. NA-4134-1/2026).
