Research room and library on Milady Horáková street will be open from 6. January 2025 to 31. January 2025, for operational reasons, only on Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 to 17:30 and Thuesday from 9: 00 to 13.00.

On September 19 and 20, 2024, the international conference "Corruption – Clientelism – Crisis in Europe 1789–1989" took place in the premises of the National Archives. It was prepared by the Institute of History of the Academy of Sciences in cooperation with the National Archives.

As of 1 November 2022, the office hours of the National Archives’ research rooms are changing as follows: Mon, Wen - 9 am – 5.30 pm, Tue, Thu - 9 am – 4 pm, Fri - closed

National Archives announces the publication of an interdisciplinary monograph presenting cartographic documents of the National Archives, Moravian Provincial Archives in Brno and Provincial Archives in Opava. The web application https://plany.nacr.cz is also available.
