On Thursday, 12 September 2024, the Research Rooms and the Library of the National Archives will be closed for operational reasons: The Research Room in Prague-Chodovec from 9 am to 12 pm. The Research Room and the Library in Milady Horákové Street from 9 am to 1 pm.

As of 1 November 2022, the office hours of the National Archives’ research rooms are changing as follows: Mon, Wen - 9 am – 5.30 pm, Tue, Thu - 9 am – 4 pm, Fri - closed

National Archives announces the publication of an interdisciplinary monograph presenting cartographic documents of the National Archives, Moravian Provincial Archives in Brno and Provincial Archives in Opava. The web application https://plany.nacr.cz is also available.
